Education Profile

  • Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow at Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany
  • Doctor of Science, Chemistry, University of Campinas, Brazil
  • B. Sc. Chemistry, University of Campinas, Brazil

Research Interests

Her primary research focuses on developing polymeric materials for precise molecular separation, including nanofiltration and gas/vapor separation. Applications target key separations in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and water industries. The group integrates expertise in polymer chemistry, chemical functionalization, self-assembly, and morphology control, alongside advanced characterization techniques. Their skills include nanoengineering multicomponent systems into flat-sheet and hollow-fiber membranes, dip-coating, interfacial polymerization, and fabricating hollow-fiber modules.
