All residences have domestic appliances including washing machine, tumble drier, refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove and oven. The community also has single-gender housing for sharing residents.

Our Residential Neighborhoods

Each of our neighborhoods has its own distinct character and unique identity:

• The Safaa Gardens neighborhood has a predominance of family housing and a leafy perimeter walk
  
• The Safaa Harbor neighborhood has apartments with proximity to major hubs of activity
  
• The Safaa Island neighborhood has a cricket pitch and a mixed sports recreation center
  
• The Oasis Neighborhood apartments enclose a tranquil courtyard and overlook the Safaa Golf Course
