At KAUST, we prioritize the well-being of our community, recognizing that health is integral to achieving our academic mission and aspirations. KAUST Health is committed to providing a comprehensive range of services to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our students, faculty, and staff.
KAUST Health operates on the Family Medicine principle, placing the Family Physician at the center of care. In addition to Family Medicine clinics, our services include Pediatric, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dental, and Emergency care, available daily along with specialized medical services that cater to specific needs. All outpatient clinics operate on an appointment system, and emergency care follows a triage system to prioritize based on medical condition.
We take pride in achieving the prestigious Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) in 2016—a global hallmark of quality care. This certification underscores our commitment to delivering healthcare of the highest standards.
A dedicated team of professionals oversees KAUST Health, managing all aspects from finance to maintenance, patient experience to communications. This experienced team is committed to service excellence, value for money, and supporting individual community members.
Since June 2023, clinical operations have been seamlessly managed by the International Medical Center (IMC). To learn more about IMC, click here.
