تتركز الاهتمامات البحثية للبروفيسور كونستانتينو على أنظمة "إنترنت الأشياء"، كما أنه مهتم أيضًا بأمن ومرونة البنية التحتية الحيوية مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تقنيات الشبكة الذكية وتكامل الطاقة المتجددة والمحاكاة في الوقت الفعلي.
